My Journey: From Taste to Outer Vision
The visible sky holds your map—are you ready to see it?
Your Design Environment is a crucial, unconscious aspect of your Primary Health System (PHS), revealing your ideal External Determination or Environment.
This is the specific type of physical space and surrounding energy where your body's vehicle is designed to thrive, feel at ease, and correctly process life. It's the "bedrock" for your transformation, influencing your health, cognition, and overall well-being.
Just as your Design Tone (Cognition) dictates how your brain processes information and your Design Color (Determination) guides how your body correctly digests all inputs, your environment is the third foundational pillar of your physical well-being.
Aligning with your correct Design Environment is vital for reducing resistance in your life, optimizing your physical form, and allowing your unique purpose to unfold without unnecessary wear and tear. It's not just about the landscape or hardscape, but also about "what populates the place"—the people and the energetic quality of the space.
Each of the six Design Environments has a specific keynote and is either Left (Strategic) or Right (Receptive) fixed, influencing how your body correctly interacts with and processes its surroundings.
Color 1: Selective / Blending
Color 2: Internal / External
Color 3: Wet / Dry
Color 4: Active / Passive
Color 5: Narrow / Wide
Color 6: Natural / Artificial
Slective
Selective (Hardscape)
The environment for this color is Hardscape, a defined, man-made, and secure space.
Your body thrives in an environment that is contained and secure, like a Cave. This is a deeply personal space where you have control over who and what enters. It is designed to allow you to focus and process information without external interruption.
Having a dedicated and secluded space for work and relaxation; establishing a clear boundary around your personal area; only allowing a few trusted individuals into your private space.
A strong sense of security, psychological stability, and the ability to find clarity through introspection and deep internal focus.
Leaving your "cave" for open, public, or exposed spaces when you are not ready. This leads to feeling exposed, energetically drained, and a loss of your personal security.
Blending (Hardscape)
Your body is designed to be in a contained, secure environment like a Cave, but with a receptive awareness of what is happening outside of it. This isn't about being isolated, but about observing from a place of safety.
Having a home with large windows that allow you to observe the outside world from within; working from a protected space with a broad view; being in a communal but secure area where you can observe without direct engagement.
The ability to receive deep insights from a place of safety, a feeling of inner peace, and a natural receptivity to the subtle energies of your surroundings.
Actively trying to engage with the outside world in a strategic way, which leads to sensory overload, mental exhaustion, and an inability to be a receptive observer.
Internal Hardscape
Your body requires a dynamic, stimulating Market environment where there is a constant flow of activity and options. This is about being in a place of abundance and having the opportunity to be selective and discerning.
Working in a bustling city; being in a place with a high volume of traffic and constant change; having access to a wide variety of information and people from which you can strategically choose.
A feeling of being alive and stimulated, with the ability to process and leverage the energy of your surroundings to your advantage. You can find what you need by being selective.
Being in an overly quiet or limited environment, which leads to feeling stagnant, lethargic, and cut off from the flow of life and opportunities.
Extermal (Hardscape)
Your body requires an open, diverse, and abundant Market environment. This is about being receptive to the variety of options and inputs around you.
You are a natural integrator of the energy of the market, taking it all in without needing to be selective.
This implies a natural comfort with shared spaces and varied interactions.
Collaborating with a large group of people; being in a bustling, vibrant public square; having a job that involves travel and meeting many people.
The ability to find patterns in complexity, a sense of relaxed awareness, and an openness to serendipitous connections and insights that emerge from the abundance.
Trying to be overly selective or strategic in a market environment, which leads to a feeling of being restricted, disconnected from the flow of life, and missing key connections.
The environment for this color is Hardscape, a defined, man-made, and secure space.
Wet Hardscape
Your body thrives in a Kitchen environment. This is not just a room, but a place of transformation where elements are processed and transformed. It is about a place of purposeful and intentional activity, where you have a strategic role in the process.
Working in a space where you are actively creating or organizing; being in a room with a clear purpose and process; taking on a leadership role in a creative or transformative project.
A sense of purpose, a powerful focus on the task at hand, and the ability to find clarity through intentional action and creation.
Being in an inactive, chaotic, or non-purposeful environment, which leads to a feeling of being unproductive, restless, and unable to find your footing.
Dry (Hardscape)
Your body thrives in a Kitchen environment as a receptive observer. You are designed to take in the energy and information from the transformation happening around you without needing to be an active participant. You are the muse or the silent partner in the process.
Sitting in a kitchen while others cook and socialize; being a quiet observer in a creative space; being a passive presence in a purposeful environment.
The ability to receive deep insights from a place of relaxed observation, a feeling of inner peace, and a natural receptivity to the creative energies of your surroundings.
Actively trying to take control or be the main driver in the kitchen, which leads to sensory overload, mental exhaustion, and an inability to be a receptive observer.
The environment for this color is Landscape, an open, natural, and fluid space.
Active
Your body requires a perspective from the Mountains. This is an elevated, open environment that allows you to see the "big picture" from a strategic position. This is not about climbing, but about having a view and being able to observe the world from above.
Living in a home with a high-up view; working from a top-floor office; taking a walk on a high ridge where you can see the landscape below.
A feeling of expansion, a broad perspective on life, and the ability to see the "big picture" and make connections that others miss.
Being in a confined, narrow, or low-lying environment (like a Valley), which leads to a feeling of being trapped, short-sighted, and unable to find your path.
Passive
Your body requires a receptive perspective from the Mountains. This is about being in the mountain environment and taking in the vastness and the quietness of it. You are designed to absorb the energy of the environment and be a receptive mirror of its stillness.
Living in a quiet mountain cabin; working in a peaceful, elevated home office; spending time in nature or a meditative space in the mountains.
The ability to receive deep insights, a feeling of inner peace, and a natural receptivity to the subtle energies of your surroundings.
Actively trying to be the "king of the mountain" or being overly strategic in the environment, which leads to sensory overload and an inability to be a receptive observer.
The environment for this color is Landscape, an open, natural, and fluid space.
Narrow (also referred to as Focused).
Your body thrives in a Valley environment. This is a place for communication and encounter, where energies converge and interact. This is not just a geographical valley, but any space where you are in the midst of the flow of life and communication.
Living in a social neighborhood; working in a collaborative space; being in a place where people naturally gather and interact.
Heightened concentration on communication, a powerful sense of direction in your interactions, and the ability to process social cues efficiently.
Being in an overly isolated or elevated environment (like the Mountains), which leads to a feeling of being scattered, unfocused, and unable to find your path.
Wide (also referred to as Diffused).
Your body requires a receptive experience of the Valley. This is about being in the midst of communication and encounter without being an active participant. You are designed to be a receptive and reflective part of the conversation, taking it all in.
A feeling of expansion, a broad perspective on life, and the ability to see the "big picture" and make connections that others miss.
Actively trying to take control of conversations or social interactions, which leads to feeling confined, missing the bigger picture, and getting lost in the details.
Actively trying to take control of conversations or social interactions, which leads to feeling confined, missing the bigger picture, and getting lost in the details.
Natural.
Your body requires a transitional environment like the Shores. This is a place where you are on the edge, looking out over the horizon. This is about being in a space that is a border between two different worlds—the known and the unknown. It is a place of strategic observation.
Living near a shoreline or a river; working in a space with a clear view of a transition point; being in a place that is on the edge of a new project or a new idea.
A sense of purpose, a clear view of the future, and a deep connection to the natural rhythms of life.
Being in an overly stable or predictable environment (like the middle of a landmass), which leads to feeling disconnected from your body, stressed, and out of sync with natural cycles.
Artifical
Your body requires a receptive experience of the Shores. This is about being in a transitional environment and taking in the energy of the change without needing to be a strategic participant. You are a natural receiver of the information from the horizon.
Being in a quiet place on a shoreline; working in a peaceful home office with a view of a transitional space; spending time in nature or a meditative space in a transitional environment.
An ability to process complex information, a feeling of being stimulated by human innovation, and a clear, logical perspective.
Actively trying to take control of the transitional environment, which leads to feeling lethargic, mentally foggy, and disconnected from the pace of modern life.
To truly align with your unique Primary Health System and experience its transformative benefits, please keep these crucial points in mind:
Your PHS environment is derived from your precise birth data (date, time, and place of birth). Using an accurate chart is fundamental. Without correct data, your PHS information may not truly reflect your unique design.
These are considered "lower" colors and require a more rigid adherence to their specific environment.
The distinction between Hardscape and Landscape for these environments is crucial. Being in the incorrect Hardscape or Landscape environment can be highly detrimental to your physical well-being.
These are "upper" colors and operate with a different dynamic. While they still have a correct environment, the emphasis shifts more to the "circumstance" of that environment.
This means the energetic quality of the environment is key, and it can often be found or created even within seemingly contradictory settings (e.g., a "Narrow" person finding their circumstance on the first floor of a city building, or an individual creating a "Natural" circumstance through indoor plants within an urban apartment).
This offers a degree of flexibility, but the correct environmental circumstance remains vital for mitigating internal transference and supporting your unique purpose, especially as global environmental shifts occur.
The insights provided here are not just theoretical. Aligning with your PHS can bring profound and tangible benefits to your daily life.
