Your power comes from the Sacral Center, a motor that regenerates energy when used correctly. Generators thrive when they:

  • Follow satisfaction (not the monkey's agenda)
  • Use their energy fully (not save it for "someday")

I  lived this truth before I ever had the language for it. I once sat in a dim basement with a single ceiling light overhead — yet the fruit flies gathered around me, not the bulb. They were drawn to my field, my warmth, my coherence.

I learned this the hard way. When I go to bed frustrated  underspent, overthinking, ignoring my Sacral  I wake up DRAINED. When I go to bed satisfied  energy used fully, body empty, Sacral honored  I wake up brand new.
